Services — what we offer

Transpocheck provides a spectrum of transport and logistics services designed for e-commerce sellers, manufacturers and enterprises. Below you'll find a deeper explanation of each service, typical use-cases and operational details to help you choose the right option.

Parcel & Courier Services

City-to-city parcel movement with multiple SLA choices (same-day where available, next-day, economy). Each parcel is assigned an airway/consignment number and tracked. We support volumetric pricing and multiple packaging categories.

What's included
  • Doorstep pickup and optional on-site packing
  • Live GPS tracking and ETAs
  • Proof-of-delivery with signature/photo
  • Declared-value insurance options

Freight — FTL (Full Truck Load) & LTL (Less-than-Truckload)

For larger consignments, raw material movement and bulk shipments we provide dedicated FTL trucks and shared LTL rides. Our route planning optimizes transit time and cost by consolidating loads and choosing efficient lanes.

Operations highlights
  • Dedicated scheduling windows and PO-based billing
  • Temperature-controlled options for pharma and perishables
  • Real-time freight tracking and driver ETAs

Value-added Services

We also run additional services to simplify logistics for sellers and enterprises: assembly & reverse logistics, COD handling, warehousing and local last-mile partnerships for difficult-to-reach locations.

  • Reverse logistics and returns management
  • Last-mile special handling for fragile/electronics
  • COD reconciliation and settlement

Typical SLAs & lead-times

Lead-times vary by distance, route frequency and service level. For major city-to-city lanes, next-day is common; same-day is available on high-frequency corridors. We publish a transit-time matrix and can provide custom SLA agreements for enterprise customers.

Onboarding process (for businesses)

1) Discovery call to map routes and volumes. 2) Pilot run on selected routes with standard packing guidelines. 3) Feedback & SLA adjustments. 4) Full rollout with dashboards and notifications enabled. Typical onboarding takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
